In all these cases, you can file a claim through My Trusted Shops and receive a quick refund
How to activate it
After confirming your order on TD‑Toys, you’ll receive a summary email with an invitation to register for Buyer Protection for free. Follow these steps:
Sign up (if you haven't already) on My Trusted Shops
Activate the protection by clicking the link in the email or on the Trustbadge
No worries: the coverage automatically applies to all your future purchases for 30 days
How to file a claim
If there is a problem:
Log in to your My Trusted Shops account
File the claim for the specific issue (e.g. “order not delivered”)
Send the requested proof within 7 days (e.g. receipts, shipping emails)
Trusted Shops will contact TD‑Toys to resolve the issue
If after 7 days the issue is not resolved, Trusted Shops will refund you directly.
